Your role will involve managing a substantial portfolio, proactively identifying customer risks, guiding them through renewal discussions, and ensuring the accuracy of contracts from inception to completion. This position combines consultative customer interaction with comprehensive contract management in a dynamic, digital-first setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customer health risks throughout your account portfolio, focusing on usage patterns, adoption rates, and any pain points in the customer experience.
- Oversee the entire renewal process, from early risk identification to contract finalization, ensuring transparency, precision, and promptness.
- Facilitate renewal discussions and commercial negotiations, documenting outcomes effectively.
- Engage with customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings, prioritizing clear and result-oriented communication.
- Assist customers in aligning their HubSpot usage, configuration, and contract terms with their business objectives.
- Identify customer challenges and offer structured, actionable insights to enhance adoption and value realization.
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), and Go-To-Market teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize HubSpot tools, systems, and AI-driven workflows to efficiently manage a high-volume portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records of customer health indicators, engagement history, and renewal readiness within HubSpot systems.
