The Associate Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in evaluating and documenting business processes, data, and requirements. This position encourages the development of effective solutions across the organization, providing valuable hands-on experience in the business analysis realm while collaborating with seasoned professionals.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and accurately document business requirements, ensuring clarity and precision in documentation.
- Support fellow systems analysts in the planning, execution, and monitoring of impactful projects.
- Document current business processes, workflows, and procedures to build foundational knowledge and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in data collection and analysis to derive insights that meet business needs.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and scrum teams to align project objectives and enhancement goals.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, functional requirements, meeting notes, and solutions for defects.
- Collaborate with QA teams to verify that systems are developed according to requirements and design specifications, contributing to test plan and test case development.
- Help identify and resolve business challenges or solution defects by suggesting innovative alternatives.
- Receive guidance from senior team members, including project managers, technical teams, and fellow analysts.
- Potentially lead analysis work streams for smaller projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all company policies and standards.
