We are currently seeking a:
Assistant Store Manager for our Rhodes location.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Monitor sales and actively participate in achieving corporate goals.
- Provide high-level customer service, fostering trust-based relationships with consumers.
- Manage and coordinate daily store operations (orders, deliveries, availability, etc.) in line with company policy.
- Coordinate and train the team of associates to maximize their development.
- Oversee the overall appearance of the store and maintain corporate image.
Your Profile:
- Preferred degree from a technical or higher educational institution in Economics or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in retail.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Required experience in team management.
- Proficient in computer skills and English language.
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
