Position: Assistant Store Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts is required.
Who You Are:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to cultivate, lead, and inspire a team dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience that fosters brand loyalty and meets financial objectives. You will also step in as the Manager on Duty as designated by Store Management, representing Curaleaf as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional customer service and educating patrons about our products.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage in proactive communication with the Store Manager, District Manager, and cross-functional partners to optimize revenue opportunities.
- Demonstrate and promote sales behaviors that align with our brand culture to cultivate loyal customer relationships and achieve financial goals.
- Oversee and assess the quality of customer service delivered by team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Model and share best practices in customer service with all team members to ensure a unique and enjoyable guest experience, incorporating effective interpersonal habits and Curaleaf service traits.
- Supervise store operations and team members, including opening/closing procedures, shift changes, task delegation, and scheduling.
- Manage store financial controls, including register counts, bank withdrawals, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change orders, and all aspects of bookkeeping including ledgers, invoices, cash reports, and time records.
- Gain insights into inventory trends and oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock maintenance, and leveraging company resources.
