Responsibilities:
- Recruit, select, and orient new employees to maintain a strong store staff.
- Achieve sales targets by training, motivating, and mentoring sales staff while providing constructive feedback.
- Oversee scheduling and employee assignments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor controllable expenses to meet financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and operational requirements to maintain store reputation.
- Assign tasks to ensure cleanliness, stocking, organization, and readiness of the store for customers.
- Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Create an encouraging, team-oriented work environment.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Perform financial analyses to optimize sales and profits.
- Safeguard all financial transactions and fulfill banking responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in retail or customer service environments.
- One year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to effectively influence and lead others.
- Physical capability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods (7+ hours daily).
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.
