Your Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, including floor management and team leadership.
- Taking charge of daily restaurant functions with a strong presence during service hours.
- Inspiring and motivating your team by articulating the restaurant’s vision and upholding the values of Oliver & Bonacini.
- Monitoring and ensuring exceptional service standards and attention to detail in both guest-facing and back-of-house operations.
- Supporting and nurturing staff through ongoing training, coaching, and performance management.
- Fostering a warm, professional culture focused on guest satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests, team members, vendors, and senior management.
- Overseeing payroll accuracy, scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and invoicing with precision.
- Maintaining a pristine and well-organized venue operating at the highest standards.
- Contributing to marketing efforts and guest outreach initiatives.
- Actively participating in health and safety practices, ensuring compliance with WHMIS and company policies.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of private events and special functions.
- Performing other duties as required.
