The Opportunity:
The Assistant Principal of School Culture (APSC) is pivotal in creating a positive, achievement-focused atmosphere that fosters student success. This role is responsible for the execution of the Mastery School Culture Model, ensuring a robust sense of belonging, high expectations, and student accountability. The APSC will mentor educators in effective classroom management, design and oversee academically-aligned extracurricular activities, and engage families and the community to enhance school culture.
