Drive Exceptional Outcomes
To fulfill our vision, we are seeking an Assistant Principal of Middle School Humanities with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in teaching Humanities and leading teams to achieve remarkable results. This individual should be passionate about their team’s success and dedicated to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a joyful and rigorous school culture among leaders, teachers, staff, students, and families.
- Develop authentic relationships with staff, students, and families to enhance community engagement.
- Uphold excellence in Middle School Humanities curriculum knowledge, planning, and execution.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to manage academic outcomes for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students in English and History.
- Guide teaching teams towards achieving academic, social-emotional, and classroom management objectives.
- Analyze academic and cultural data across teaching teams and implement strategies that harness the strengths of school leaders, teachers, and the parent community.
- Promote a problem-solving mindset and a deep commitment to student outcomes within the school leadership team.
