Role Overview:
As an Assistant Manager (AM), you will be a vital part of our audit team. Your role will involve in-depth data analysis, control testing, and uncovering the underlying causes of process discrepancies. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals eager to grasp the intricacies of the digital economy.
Key Responsibilities
● Execution: Lead comprehensive audits across various departments such as Operations, HR, Finance, or Technology under the supervision of the Manager.
● Fieldwork: Conduct process walkthroughs, effectiveness testing, and document findings with thorough cause-and-effect analysis.
● Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insights into essential business processes, identify potential risks, and assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
● Reporting: Create and deliver clear, concise audit reports to senior management and stakeholders, offering actionable recommendations to strengthen controls and reduce risks.
● Follow-up: Monitor the implementation of previous audit recommendations to ensure ongoing improvements within business units.
● Compliance: Ensure all audit activities align with the Internal Audit Manual and adhere to professional standards.
