KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations during your shift. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cost and inventory management
- Cash control and ensuring outstanding customer relations
- Setting an exemplary standard by adhering to all policies and procedures
- Staffing and completing necessary paperwork
- Ensuring store cleanliness and maintaining a perfect image
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely attendance
- Contributing to marketing efforts and store profitability
