KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Upon completing your comprehensive training, you will oversee all aspects of operations during your shift. This includes managing cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and fostering positive customer relations. As a role model, you are expected to adhere to all policies and procedures consistently and to inspire your team to do the same.
Your responsibilities will also encompass staffing, administrative paperwork, food management, adhering to schedules, maintaining store cleanliness, and executing marketing strategies to enhance profitability. Exceptional customer service, attendance, punctuality, and transportation to and from work are also crucial for success in this position.
