Key Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Manager, you will oversee all operations during your shift. This includes managing cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and fostering excellent customer relations. You will lead by example, ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures. Your additional responsibilities include: staffing, paperwork management, food oversight, scheduling, maintaining the store's image, delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring punctual attendance, managing transportation logistics, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and driving profitability.
General Duties for All Store Team Members:
- Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products and handle telephone orders.
- Conduct inventory and complete relevant paperwork.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility on a daily basis.
- Receive on-the-job orientation and training.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills for taking and processing orders both in-person and over the phone.
- Possess essential math skills for accurate financial transactions.
- Exhibit good motor coordination for precise movements and quick actions.
- Utilize computer systems for order entry.
- Navigate delivery areas effectively using maps.
- Adapt to various terrains, including multi-story buildings and private residences, while transporting products.

Work Environment:
- Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks.

- Working in confined spaces, including the walk-in cooler.
