Primary Responsibilities
Oversee store operations during designated shifts, ensuring top-notch customer service and food quality.
Directly supervise team members, assign duties, and uphold productivity in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Manage cash handling, inventory oversight, and cost control measures.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Assist in food preparation, stocking, and various store operations as necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $18.50 – $24.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and performance)

Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Positive demeanor with outstanding customer service skills.
Prior experience in food service or leadership is preferred, though training is provided!
