As an Assistant Building Maintenance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example and embodying the standards and behaviors aligned with Bozzuto's core values and culture.
- Demonstrating genuine care for residents through prompt follow-ups and thorough completion of service tickets.
- Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- Overseeing the make-ready and apartment turnover process with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency.
- Protecting the value of the building by implementing preventative maintenance programs consistently.
- Ensuring the beauty and safety of the building through general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.
- Maintaining peak operational efficiency across all property components.
- Ensuring compliance with building, county, and safety codes while promoting an accident-free operation.
- Participating in weekend shifts and the emergency on-call rotation.
