Job Title: Assistant Brand Managers for IRN-BRU & Rubicon
Location: Any Hub (Cumbernauld, Middlebrook, London). Occasional travel between sites may be required.
Contract and Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in the office), 37.5 hours per week.

What We Are Looking For:
Our Marketing department's top priority is to cultivate exceptional brands that resonate with consumers. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will leverage your expertise to implement top-tier brand activations that enhance brand awareness, bolster brand equity, and fuel business growth. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and safeguarding our exciting brands while expanding market share within the Barr Soft Drinks portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of consumer behavior, excellent project management abilities, extensive experience across the communications spectrum, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the Consumer: Gain a comprehensive understanding of brand dynamics, category trends, and shopper behavior through data analysis, social listening, research, and insights. Advocate for UK&I consumers, ensuring their needs are central to all decision-making.
- Manage Brand Equity: Uphold and take full ownership of the brand's integrity across all consumer touchpoints, including packaging and brand assets. Collaborate with the Shopper Marketing team to execute seamless, best-in-class brand campaigns in-store.
- Activate the Brand Plan: Support Marketing Managers in developing and executing annual brand campaigns and overarching strategies. Assist in managing and optimizing a diverse product portfolio while working with Sales and Category teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities with key retailers.
- Innovation & Project Management: Collaborate with the Innovation and Insight teams to drive a continuous, insight-led innovation pipeline and ongoing renovation of core product ranges.
