Key Responsibilities:
- Promote awareness of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) practices.
- Develop an annual operating plan to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through consistent performance.
- Drive profitable growth and expand Rentokil PCI's offerings in targeted segments.
- Implement corporate credit policies within set timelines.
- Leverage the existing database to foster business growth and explore new avenues.
- Ensure efficient execution of operations, finance, and inventory systems in line with established guidelines.
- Conduct competitive analysis and devise strategies to address market challenges.
- Guarantee timely and precise service delivery.
- Identify and rectify service gaps through ongoing audits and improvement strategies.
- Enhance customer relationships and manage contact effectively to boost retention.
- Optimize the performance of sales and service colleagues to maximize productivity.
- Monitor costs related to manpower, materials, and equipment usage.
- Oversee general administration in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and hold regular meetings to assess team performance.
- Develop branch team capabilities and ensure colleague retention.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements in a timely manner.
- Manage budgeting effectively to achieve a strong return on investment (ROI).
