As an Area Sales Representative at Sirtex Medical, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive medical procedure coverage and in-servicing across a multi-state area, specifically within the Philadelphia and South Jersey regions. You will report directly to the Area Sales Director for the Northeast sales region. Please note that candidates must reside within the designated territory.
In this dynamic role, you will leverage your skills and expertise to:
- Offer clinical and technical support to Clinicians and staff during procedures involving our flagship product, SIR-Spheres microspheres.
- Achieve or surpass business objectives within your assigned territory, collaborating with Regional Sales Managers of the Northeast Sales Team to drive success.
- Establish and nurture relationships across various departments within hospitals that are vital to Sirtex's success.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and conduct on-site product demonstrations for physicians and healthcare professionals, acting as the subject matter expert.
- Assist in crafting and executing account plans for key clients and partners, fostering strategic relationships that enhance sales in your territory.
- Gain a deep understanding of the unique market dynamics within your assigned area.
- Commit to ongoing education about the latest clinical developments and trends relevant to disease states and the healthcare landscape.
- Adhere to Quality System procedures and Health, Safety, and Environment Management System practices at all times.
