Key Responsibilities:
The Area Sales Manager is accountable for managing a designated geographic territory while exceeding revenue targets for Astanza’s complete aesthetic laser portfolio. This role offers extensive hands-on education with innovative laser technology and sales methodologies that empower you to confidently prospect, qualify, promote, and close sales in the field. Building and nurturing positive relationships with private practice and medical spa providers, as well as their staff and administration, is crucial. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies that align with our core values and messaging, ultimately growing Astanza’s installation base and enhancing our reputation in the region.
This position is perfect for an experienced aesthetic sales professional with a background in capital equipment sales and exceptional prospecting skills looking to shine!
Travel Requirements:
This role requires travel of 75% or less, with driving required throughout the assigned territory. All sales personnel must utilize their personal vehicle for company business.
