In this rewarding position, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing challenging behaviors. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide extensive training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. However, be prepared for a physically engaging role, as you may be required to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and occasionally lift and carry children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
