Your Challenge
At Vandoren, you will be trained in all aspects of the field. You will begin with a three-week internal training program focused on advancing your knowledge in electrical engineering. Following this, you will work alongside experienced professionals on various projects. Your pace of development will largely depend on your dedication and enthusiasm. During the BBL program, you will combine work and study, undertaking a vocational education while gaining practical experience with electrical installations in industry and utility, guided by skilled technicians.
A key component of this program is the Vandoren Academy. Throughout the year, you will attend approximately eight weeks of classes, interspersed with practical work, typically consisting of 5 to 6 weeks of fieldwork followed by one week of classes at the Academy. This continuous cycle of learning and doing is designed to enhance your skills.

Who You Are
