Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reception & Booking Coordinator to efficiently schedule in-home appointments for patients. This position demands excellent phone communication skills and swift administrative capabilities, including utilizing Google Maps to optimize travel routes and minimize appointment gaps.
Core Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as SMS, to arrange in-home appointments with patients.
- Strategically plan appointments based on geographical location, using Google Maps for efficient travel routes.
- Address rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and appointment records, ensuring clear documentation of all activities.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth daily schedule for pharmacists.
- Assist the team by taking on additional shifts or responsibilities during staff absences.
- Participate in regular team meetings with the Reception Manager.
- Work closely with the Pharmacist, Data Entry, and Sales Team as necessary.
