We are currently seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to facilitate connections between potential customers and our sales team, ensuring successful scheduling of Starlink installations.
The Role: As an Appointment Setter, your primary focus will be on qualifying incoming leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining effective communication with our sales team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer journey, ensuring each lead is efficiently scheduled and smoothly transitioned to a sales representative for closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and collect essential information to determine if Starlink meets the customer's needs.
- Set appointments by providing flexible installation dates and confirming details with customers.
- Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to track leads, update appointment statuses, and record accurate information.
- Address objections using proven techniques to manage customer concerns and convert them into appointments.
- Communicate via GoHighLevel and RingCentral, promptly responding to leads through phone, text, and email with professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
- Follow up with interested leads who have not yet confirmed their appointments.
