Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver Level 1 technical support for applications and infrastructure.
Respond to and manage incidents reported by clients, ensuring timely and clear communication in English.
Conduct initial technical validations, perform basic failure analysis, and escalate issues as necessary.
Assist with application and infrastructure deployments following established procedures.
Execute operational tasks in Linux environments (log reviews, basic commands).
Support the use of containers and orchestrated environments based on defined guidelines.
Monitor existing automation processes and pipelines.
Document incidents, procedures, and solutions comprehensively.
Collaborate with other technical teams, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
