Position Summary:
As the leader of the multidisciplinary Allied Health Services and Outpatient Geriatric Clinic, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of Allied Health areas, including:
- Outpatient Geriatric Rehabilitation (Geriatric Rehab, Independence at Home, and Geriatric Medicine)
- Outpatient MSK Rehabilitation (including GLA:D)
- Outpatient Multisystem Rehabilitation (including Cancer, COVID, and Chronic Pain)
- Inpatient Specialized Dementia Unit
- Inpatient Geriatric and MSK Rehabilitation Unit
- Inpatient Multisystem Rehabilitation Unit (includes Cancer, Transplant, MSK, and Complex Medical Patients)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and implement effective care delivery models ensuring seamless provision of Allied Health services.
- Manage multidisciplinary human resources to maintain excellence in patient care across various programs.
- Support the implementation of best practices, quality documentation, and accountability models.
- Develop and oversee short/long-term plans for the multidisciplinary team in alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Execute financial management responsibilities efficiently.
- Coordinate day-to-day resource utilization to meet service goals.
- Perform corporate management tasks to advance departmental objectives.
