About the job
The primary objective of the Product Specialist is to effectively manage and enhance the relationships between Allergan and its clientele, including healthcare professionals (HCPs) and pharmacies within the assigned territory. This role involves strategically promoting the awareness and appropriate utilization of designated Allergan Aesthetics (AA) products. Collaborating closely with the affiliate sales management team, the Product Specialist will develop and execute the most efficient sales strategies to drive the performance of the designated portfolio. This includes crafting, overseeing, and executing business plans tailored to the specific geographic region to not only meet growth targets but also to foster long-lasting loyalty and commitment among customers, adhering firmly to ethical principles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial Management
- Oversee sales performance for the assigned portfolio through effective customer engagement and order processing, while presenting the commercial policies and seasonal offers.
- Meet and exceed defined quantitative sales objectives for the designated territory.
- Develop sales strategies that align with the overarching strategic objectives of AA.
- Utilize the product portfolio to capture and expand market share for AA products within the territory.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers based on ethical practices.
- Conduct presentations and organize events for HCPs while also engaging in one-on-one interactions.
- Provide training and support regarding the correct usage of AA products.
- Identify new opportunities within the territory for strategic synergies and target group expansion.
Planning
- Organize daily activities in accordance with established targeting to achieve assigned sales goals.
- Optimize customer engagement through effective monthly and daily call planning using a CRM system and tracking KPIs.
- Ensure prudent budget management.
- Continuously update the business plan and implement enhancements.
- Adhere to the company’s ethical standards and promotional strategies.
