The Role
We are on the lookout for AI Training Experts to assist in training and evaluating state-of-the-art AI models. If you possess the requisite experience, we'll provide you with a brief 10- to 15-minute test to evaluate your skills and fit for AI tasks. Successful candidates will be invited to join Prolific as participants, where you will earn money while training and evaluating powerful AI models.
Researchers typically compensate up to €25/hr for each completed AI task. You must be prepared to undertake paid tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted focus, though many tasks are shorter in duration.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven skills in AI training tasks and professional experience as an AI Trainer
- Willingness to undergo our skills verification test to assess your suitability for our participant pool
- Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to concentrate on complex tasks for extended periods
- A dependable and high-speed internet connection along with access to a computer
- Willingness to self-report your earnings, as our participants operate as self-employed individuals
- A PayPal account for receiving payments from our clients

- Executing AI training tasks such as analyzing, editing, and writing annotations
- Collaborating with researchers to enhance AI model performance through data feedback
