Role Overview
We are in search of a dynamic AI Operations Specialist to develop systems that enhance our go-to-market (GTM) engine, ensuring it remains efficient, accurate, and scalable. This position requires a forward-thinker who recognizes AI as an essential operating system for high-performance internal infrastructure. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to craft improved workflows, implement AI-driven automations, and develop internal tools that empower a compact team to operate at an unparalleled level. In this role, you will take initiative—prototyping solutions independently, deploying effective strategies, and passing on successful implementations. We seek a candidate who understands leverage: identifying how a single automation, integration, or agent can exponentially increase team productivity.
Your Responsibilities
Design and implement AI agents and automated workflows throughout the GTM process, covering lead routing, qualification, follow-up sequences, and pipeline reporting.
Create streamlined internal tools and dashboards that provide operators with real-time insights and control.
Establish and maintain integrations across our CRM, marketing platforms, and data sources to ensure seamless and accurate data flow.
Proactively identify operational challenges and implement quick solutions without the delay of ticket queues.
Work closely with the Engineering team to set data standards and ensure scalability of your creations.
Share best practices, tools, and agents that enable the entire GTM team to operate more efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Traits
Possess 2-5 years of experience in GTM engineering, Revenue Operations, growth operations, or a related field, with a proven ability to implement impactful changes.
Have practical experience deploying AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in a professional setting rather than just personal projects.
Be adept with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Retool, or Cursor, and understand the appropriate use cases for each.
Be comfortable with SQL, APIs, and basic scripting; full-stack engineering skills are not required.
