We are excited to invite a dynamic individual to join our Operations team as an AI Operations Executive. This role is perfect for someone who not only values exceptional service but is also driven by a passion for technology and artificial intelligence. As an integral part of our Onboarding team, you will help establish meaningful client relationships, translate their requirements into functional AI assistants, and ensure a seamless implementation process for our new customers.
Your contribution will be vital in the initial phase of the customer journey, assisting clients in experiencing the benefits of Darwin AI from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for new client accounts, ensuring comprehensive information collection and setup for a successful launch.
- Conduct kickoff meetings with clients to align expectations, gather requirements, and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Utilize internal tools to build and configure AI assistants tailored to client needs and business logic.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to facilitate a smooth transition and cohesive client experience.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients via WhatsApp, providing regular follow-ups to address challenges and ensure progress.
- Deliver the initial version of the AI system promptly, ensuring it meets our quality standards prior to going live.
- Monitor onboarding timelines to guarantee accounts are launched within agreed SLAs and minimize churn risks.
- Provide initial training and resources to empower clients to test and understand their AI agent.
