Position Overview
We are seeking an AI-Driven Growth Specialist.
In this role, your responsibility will be to identify strategic 10x growth opportunities throughout the entire customer journey and enhance team productivity without increasing headcount by leveraging AI adoption, creating automated workflows, and conducting rapid experiments across marketing, sales, and product domains.
This position is pivotal in discovering methods to utilize AI as a catalyst for growth within our go-to-market strategy. You will serve as a versatile contributor across all growth areas, pinpointing opportunities where AI and no-code automation can amplify our impact. By conducting experiments to validate successful strategies, you will develop systems that ensure repeatability. Your work will span the entire funnel: from paid acquisition and organic growth to conversion optimization, partner referral loops, and product-led growth initiatives.
