As an Agent Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients as they enter our Compass offices. Your role is to create a stellar welcome experience and uphold the highest standards of our office environment. You will assist clients with our tools and programs, manage marketing requests, and collaborate with the agent experience team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the face of the office by greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, overseeing mail distribution, providing initial support for office needs, and ensuring the office is organized and well-stocked.
- Facilitate the utilization of Compass technology and services by offering personalized support to clients.
- Deliver basic marketing assistance by responding to inquiries, creating promotional materials from templates, and liaising with marketing advisors for intricate requests.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address agent inquiries and gather feedback.
- Provide troubleshooting for technology-related issues including devices, printers, conference room equipment, and enterprise systems.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as preparing for sales meetings, data entry, and internal communications.
- Be a cultural ambassador who motivates and encourages those around you with a positive and supportive attitude.
- Help organize, set up, and dismantle office events.
