Join our dynamic team as an Affiliate Marketing Manager, where you'll have the exciting opportunity to establish and grow our affiliate program from the ground up. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for formulating strategies, executing plans, and optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive profitable growth in the fashion and e-commerce sectors across Canada and the US, specifically targeting creators and communities that resonate with our brand ethos.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Architecture & Launch
- Develop and initiate the affiliate program from inception, including the necessary tools, structure, terms, and processes.
- Implement and enhance tracking, attribution, and reporting dashboards utilizing affiliate platforms and analytics.
- Establish commission structures, incentive models, and promotional calendars aimed at maximizing performance.
Partner Recruitment & Management
- Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier affiliates, including influencers, content creators, publishers, and community leaders in Canada and the US.
- Oversee daily operations: approvals, communications, asset distribution, and tracking link management.
- Track performance and profitability by partner and channel; swiftly adapt strategies to enhance ROI and lifetime value.
Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to produce affiliate-specific content, offers, and campaigns.
- Work alongside Paid, Social, and Lifecycle teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies across all platforms.
- Assist in collecting influencer and creator content, ensuring that assets align with brand guidelines and are properly archived.
Growth & Innovation
- Stay informed on affiliate, influencer, and platform trends, including TikTok and Instagram, as well as emerging channels.
- Proactively explore new growth opportunities to enhance both organic and paid content generation.
