The Admissions Representative plays a critical role in the recruitment of prospective students for our esteemed academic programs at Unitek Learning. Under the guidance of supervisors, you will engage with potential students, providing essential information and support throughout the admissions process. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with enrollment standards as outlined by governmental regulations and accreditation requirements. We seek a motivated individual who demonstrates a commitment to student success and exhibits excellent teamwork and time management skills. All activities will be monitored to ensure alignment with company policies and best practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
As an Admissions Representative, your primary focus will be direct interaction with prospective students, either through phone calls or face-to-face meetings. You will be expected to meet all performance benchmarks set forth in our management program.
Key Activities (90% Student Interaction):
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential students regarding program details, entrance requirements, and academic offerings, encouraging qualified candidates to schedule interviews.
- Conduct follow-ups on inquiries that did not result in interviews to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Engage in organized outreach initiatives, including phone-a-thons, to connect with potential students and generate new leads.
- Maintain communication with candidates who have previously engaged with us but did not proceed with enrollment, assisting them in overcoming any barriers to enrollment.
