To enhance our team, we are looking for a motivated Administrative Professional for Office Management (m/f/d) who will act as the organizational hub between our branches, production, and management.

Your Responsibilities:
Retail Operations
Recording and monitoring daily orders from our 9 branches
Coordination with production and planning for quantity management
Documentation of returns, adjustments, and inventory movements
Maintenance of item master data and price lists in the inventory management system
2. Mobile Sales & B2B Business
Preparation of monthly statements
Receiving and recording orders
Creating delivery notes and invoices
Maintenance of framework agreements and pricing conditions
Processing complaints
3. Planning and Logistics Coordination
Incorporation of special productions (e.g., holidays and promotions)
Monitoring delivery dates and quantities
Assisting in route optimization
4. Administrative Processing
Preparation of booking documents for financial accounting
Creation of controlling evaluations (e.g., sales per branch, cost of goods sold, personnel cost ratio)
5. Communication Interface
Organizational link between management, production, sales management, branch teams, sales drivers, trading partners, and suppliers
Your Profile:
Completed commercial training, ideally as an Office Management Specialist or comparable qualification
Proficient in using inventory management systems and MS Office
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
