POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and fully bilingual (French/English) individual to join our online training management team while working remotely. This position offers you the chance to break away from the traditional office routine and embrace a virtual work environment alongside an amazing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create, maintain, and update course content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Design and update training materials, presentations, and additional resources.
Engage in daily marketing activities (sharing, posting, blogging, advertising, writing, editing, etc.).
Develop, manage, and design communication materials such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research documents, and brochures.
Participate in digital campaigns, including online advertising, strategy, website design and maintenance, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective learning experience for users.
Configure and maintain LMS functionalities (course additions, user management, troubleshooting).
Ensure data integrity and system functionality.
Provide user support (instructors and learners) to resolve LMS-related issues and escalate to the vendor's technical team when necessary.
Maintain and continuously improve social media pages.
Offer suggestions on strategies to increase ROI (return on investment).
Contribute to various projects based on skills and interests.
