Full-time Position: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
This role will report directly to the Clinical Manager of Palliative Care and Dementia GUIDE and will involve a variety of office functions to ensure the smooth operation of our Palliative Care and GUIDE programs.
Your Contributions:
- Handle telephone inquiries related to Palliative Care and GUIDE with professionalism.
- Coordinate daily operational activities and schedules for physicians and clinical staff.
- Educate patients, families, and referral sources about our services with empathy and clarity.
- Register patients in the electronic medical record, verify insurance, and schedule appointments.
- Support providers with patient assignments, scheduling visits, and follow-up calls.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to respond promptly to service requests.
- Complete administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare and edit documents, including reports, forms, and presentations using MS Office Suite.
