In the Role of Account Supervisor, You Will:
Oversee brand strategy and marketing campaigns, ensuring success for your assigned accounts while delivering strategic value and surpassing client expectations. You will act as a primary client partner, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies and projects. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to devise, implement, manage, and evaluate detailed campaign and project plans, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with agency and client standards, all while focusing on measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and the life sciences sector, fostering similar knowledge within the agency.
- Engage clients in forward-thinking program planning; collaborate with Digital, Development, Creative, and other teams to craft and present solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement, impeccable execution, and timely delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new vendor partnerships to enhance service offerings for clients.
- Prepare creative briefs and action forms as necessary.
- Effectively manage changes from multiple partner agencies and clients, triaging as needed.
- Negotiate scopes and drive organic growth; oversee burn reports and scope discussions when necessary.
