As the Account Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing brand strategy and marketing campaigns to achieve success for designated accounts, delivering strategic value, and surpassing client expectations. You will act as the primary client partner, cultivating and sustaining strong senior-level relationships to lead and execute marketing brand strategies and projects. Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, you will plan, implement, manage, and assess detailed campaign and project plans, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery that meets both agency and client standards, with a keen focus on measurable outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and the life sciences sector, and foster a similar understanding within the agency.
- Engage clients in strategic program planning; collaborate with Digital, Development, Creative, and other teams to craft and present solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive engagement, impeccable execution, and timely delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends, technological advancements, and new vendor partnerships to enhance service offerings for clients.
- Create creative briefs and action plans as needed.
- Effectively manage changes from multiple partner agencies and clients, triaging as necessary.
- Negotiate project scopes and drive organic growth; oversee burn reports and discussions regarding changes in scope as required.
