As the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, you will effectively communicate AbbVie's value proposition while executing the brand strategy in the field. Your role will involve cultivating strong customer relationships and maximizing opportunities through strategic account plans.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Drive sales by managing customer engagement with target healthcare professionals (HCPs) across various channels, using available content to meet customer preferences.
- Establish SMART pre-call objectives aligned with territory plans and brand strategy.
- Address objections and concerns effectively, ensuring each sales call concludes with a logical call to action.
- Educate medical providers and relevant decision-makers within the healthcare landscape.
- Identify and nurture advocates, fostering positive relationships throughout the territory.
Market Intelligence Acquisition:
- Organize and manage stakeholder meetings to gather insights.
- Differentiate AbbVie's offerings from competitors in discussions with physicians and other stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, adapting your style based on customer insights.
Clinical and Market Knowledge Development:
- Acquire a deep understanding of AbbVie’s products and their relevance within the local NHS healthcare framework.
- Navigate NHS ecosystem barriers to identify collaborative opportunities for success.
