Position Overview:
The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for all account-related activities, fostering exceptional customer relationships at all levels to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with VIP players through email, SMS, and chat;
Analyze daily gaming experiences and deposit activities of assigned VIP players to identify churn risks and implement predefined strategies;
Proactively maintain contact via phone and other channels to ensure VIP player engagement and enhance their lifetime value and retention;
Build lasting relationships with VIP players through regular interactions, ensuring outstanding service and first-contact resolution for any inquiries;
Identify players eligible for personalized promotions to provide tailored experiences for key VIPs;
Act as the main liaison within client organizations.
