We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager, Upsell and Renewal to join our Customer Success team. This role focuses on expanding Spring Health’s influence within our enterprise customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities by uncovering additional product and service needs among our existing clients. As an integral member of the team, you will work closely with the Customer Success team to foster strong relationships, comprehend each customer’s specific requirements, and align them with Spring Health's solutions. This is a full-time remote position that may require travel up to 30% of the year.
