About the Role
We are looking for a results-oriented Maritime Account Manager to drive revenue growth within our existing client accounts across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Maritime and Logistics sectors to achieve sales targets and foster enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Engage in proactive discussions with key decision-makers, including directors and senior managers, to uncover business needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Lead upselling initiatives by identifying additional opportunities within existing accounts, including new departments and services.
• Collaborate with Account Development Representatives to capitalize on leads and insights gained from current clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in SaaS/Data/Tech sales specifically within the Maritime/Logistics sector (MANDATORY).
• Proven track record in managing a portfolio of business accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
