We are actively seeking a dedicated Account Manager based in Montreal, Canada, or Raleigh, North Carolina.
This position is distinct and offers a unique opportunity within the market, as you will take full ownership and responsibility of a defined market at MaintainX. You'll have access to numerous resources to ensure your success while being deeply involved in the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals, including discovery and product demonstrations.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will enjoy significant visibility within the team. This is a pivotal and high-responsibility role where we expect you to think outside the box, thrive under pressure, and remain focused on achieving monthly targets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new logos - Your primary responsibility will be to secure new accounts and consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Prospecting - While marketing and the BDR team will provide a substantial number of leads, our strategy requires you to actively contribute to the sales pipeline through your own prospecting efforts.
- Lead Conversion - You will regularly receive warm leads and must become adept at managing them throughout the sales cycle to contract signing.
- Presentations - You will lead presentations, including discovery calls, high-level product demonstrations, and closing calls.
- Forecasting - Accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts will be required, maintaining a margin of error of +/- 15%.
- Organization - You will need to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously: new prospects, demonstrations, proposals, follow-ups, and more.
