We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager with a strong IT focus to nurture and expand relationships with our esteemed technology clients. As the primary contact for designated accounts, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, uncovering growth opportunities, and aligning IT services with their strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop a portfolio of existing IT-focused client accounts
- Act as the main liaison between clients and our internal technical teams
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within established accounts
- Create strategic account plans aimed at enhancing retention and driving revenue growth
- Gain a deep understanding of client IT environments to recommend suitable solutions
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and renewal agreements
- Track account performance metrics and assess client satisfaction
- Maintain precise CRM documentation and forecasting
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management or Client Success within the IT sector
- Proven experience in selling or managing IT services, including SaaS, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or managed services
- A strong grasp of IT terminology and enterprise technology environments
- A demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Preferred:
- Experience with mid-market or enterprise clients
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA)
