Role Objective
The Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and strategically developing our B2B client portfolio. This position focuses on achieving sales targets, systematically expanding existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the role includes managing contract renewals and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with medium to large enterprises of strategic relevance.
- Develop and implement tailored communication solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Utilize in-depth market knowledge and strategic consulting to ensure our solutions deliver sustainable value.
- Collaborate closely with Client Success, Marketing, and other internal teams to contribute significantly to the sustainable growth of our business.
Your role will report to the Team Lead of Account Management and will be a full-time remote position focused on the DACH market.
