We are in search of an Account Manager to be part of our Florence team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our partner restaurants by providing strategic consultancy based on data-driven insights and your industry expertise.
Your Responsibilities
As a member of the Account Management team, you will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver exceptional consultancy to our major brands in the Italian market.
Your daily tasks may include:
Relationship Management: Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, focusing on cultivating enduring, high-value relationships within our network.
Performance Optimization: Assess and analyze partner performance, sharing insights to enhance operational metrics and partner satisfaction.
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to enhance supply quality and financial performance, along with the Consumer Value Proposition (CVP).
Strategic Planning: Develop portfolio strategies aimed at boosting performance and loyalty, positively affecting both absolute metrics and market share.
Financial Management: Manage portfolio P&L, identifying growth opportunities while proactively mitigating risks.
