As an Account Manager in Facility Management and Janitorial services, you will report directly to the District Manager and oversee custodial services while leading our dedicated staff. This client-facing role demands you to effectively manage the project's execution and fulfill key deliverables for our company, including profit and loss management, human resources oversight, operational excellence, and ensuring the health and safety of our employees.
Position Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Subject to Change to meet client requirements)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding that client retention is a daily priority through proactive engagement, employing the Tenacity Client for Life methodology.
- Maintaining a strong Account-level presence to cultivate and sustain effective relationships with all clients.
- Aligning key Dexterra contacts with equivalent positions within the client organization to establish a robust relationship matrix.
- Effectively communicating performance expectations, monitoring progress, and rewarding achievements to ensure all plans, goals, and budgets are met.
- Acting as a talent scout by leveraging networks to identify, recruit, and evaluate potential Dexterra team members.
- Regularly reviewing succession plans and supporting career development through personalized development plans.
- Employing a strategic selling mindset utilizing the Miller Heiman sales methodology.
