Negotiate service rates and timelines with both prospective and existing clients.
Educate clients about the translation process, including our pricing structure and turnaround times.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure that all projects are executed flawlessly, maintaining high standards of quality and detail.
Follow up consistently with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services and support.
Stay informed about the industries we serve, including trends, leaders, and relevant data.
Engage in special projects or additional duties as required.
