Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and expand a portfolio of strategic eCommerce and performance-oriented clients, including some of the region's most prominent brands, acting as a trusted business advisor.
- Establish and maintain robust, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders through regular face-to-face meetings, quarterly business reviews, and proactive communication.
- Manage the complete campaign lifecycle: from onboarding and launch to optimization, scaling, and long-term growth of accounts.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine performance and branding strategies for eCommerce and digital-first advertisers, leveraging data, insights, and creative solutions.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis and translate insights into actionable optimization and growth strategies.
- Take full responsibility for account health, including performance metrics, margins, budget pacing, scalability, and client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and avenues for upselling and growth across accounts.
- Ensure smooth order processing, commercial alignment, and prompt payments in collaboration with the Finance team.
