The Account Management Assistant will be a driven professional eager to learn and master our video marketing offerings, ensuring they contribute effectively to the team's goals. With exceptional attention to detail, you will manage multiple complex projects seamlessly, demonstrating strong organizational skills and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile insightful weekly, monthly, and final reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Take detailed notes during POD meetings.
- Submit insertion orders (IOs) for signature and accurately input details into Salesforce (SFDC).
- Monitor performance metrics and delivery goals to ensure alignment with benchmarks.
- Assist with ad hoc client requests, supporting the Account Manager in client communications.
- Develop targeted audience lists relevant to brands.
- Capture campaign screenshots for client proof of purchase.
- Conduct research to stay updated on relevant trends in video marketing.
- Collaborate with designers to create brand-safe campaign visuals.
- Track pacing and margin reports for regional campaigns.
- Support special projects as assigned by Account Management.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
