About the Role
We are on the lookout for a driven and competitive Account Growth Specialist to enhance our sales team. This role will focus on generating revenue growth within our existing Small and Mid-Market customer segments by utilizing consultative selling techniques, upselling, and maintaining strong relationships. You will take charge of the complete sales process for expansion opportunities, collaborate closely with internal teams, and act as a trusted advisor to our customers, facilitating the adoption of Procare products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the complete sales process, encompassing lead qualification, direct client outreach, appointment scheduling, objection handling, quote preparation, pricing negotiations, and securing signed agreements.
- Opportunity Identification: Employ innovative sales strategies and analyze customer data to uncover upsell opportunities that meet or exceed sales targets. Assess current business landscapes and review the Total Addressable Market (TAM).
- Sales Execution: Proactively engage with clients through outbound calls and emails to recognize and assess additional needs, effectively discussing product features and benefits.
- Relationship Management: Quickly establish trust with existing customers by understanding their goals, challenges, and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels through a customer-centric approach.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting by overseeing opportunity progression, follow-ups, and closure plans.
